Slambet Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to Slambet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Slambet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Slambet website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you are accessing Slambet on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. Slambet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To open and maintain a Slambet account you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Slambet is strictly an adults-only platform and operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.
• Be an individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, joint accounts, and third-party accounts are not permitted on Slambet.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Any account registered with false information is subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using Slambet is lawful in your location before registering.
• Not be a current or former employee of Slambet or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Slambet reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player may hold only one Slambet account. If Slambet identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person (identified by shared payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or documentation), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus balances forfeited. Real money balances on verified duplicate accounts may be returned to the original registered payment method at Slambet's discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Slambet login credentials. Slambet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out on your account using your correct login details is considered authorised by you and Slambet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify Slambet's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. Slambet may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security concern.

All deposits on Slambet are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Slambet supports the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• Minimum deposit via mobile wallet (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay): Rs 200.
• Minimum deposit via IBFT bank transfer: Rs 500.
• Minimum deposit via Visa/Mastercard: Rs 500.
• Slambet does not charge platform fees on any deposit. Any fees charged by your bank or wallet provider are outside Slambet's control.
• Slambet accepts deposits only from payment instruments registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon confirmed receipt by Slambet's payment system.

Slambet reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of any funds deposited. Where such documentation is requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe, Slambet may withhold withdrawals pending clarification.

Withdrawals from Slambet are processed in PKR back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to protect players against unauthorised fund redirection.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• First-time withdrawals require completion of Slambet's identity verification process (CNIC documentation and selfie). This is a one-time requirement.
• Standard processing times: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay – 1 to 4 hours. IBFT bank transfer – 2 to 8 hours. Visa/Mastercard – 1 to 3 business days.
• VIP Gold and Platinum tier members receive priority withdrawal processing.
• Slambet does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by receiving banks or wallets are outside Slambet's control.
• Withdrawals may only be requested from the account holder themselves. Slambet will not process withdrawals to accounts or instruments not belonging to the registered player.

Slambet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending additional verification in cases where unusual account activity is detected, where bonus abuse is suspected, or where compliance obligations require additional review.

Slambet offers various promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. The following general conditions apply to all Slambet bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in individual promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Slambet's welcome bonus requires a minimum first deposit of Rs 200 to activate. The bonus is credited immediately upon qualifying deposit confirmation.
• Bonus funds must be wagered using real money first, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Slambet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, but will honour bonuses already credited to accounts where wagering is in progress.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system – including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, matched betting with the intent to eliminate risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other technique Slambet deems exploitative – will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active per Slambet account at any time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on Slambet:

• All bets are placed at the player's own risk. Slambet is not responsible for errors made by the player in placing bets, including selecting the wrong outcome, incorrect stake amount, or misunderstanding of offered odds.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Slambet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted, or where pricing errors are identified.
• In-play betting is offered on selected events. In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability and Slambet's real-time risk management decisions. Slambet may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• Slambet may impose individual betting limits or account-level restrictions at any time, including maximum stake limits on specific markets or events.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules applicable to that market. These rules are available in the Slambet FAQ section.

All casino games available on Slambet – including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and Aviator – are provided by third-party game studios and use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are derived from statistical audit data and represent long-term averages across millions of game rounds.

• Slambet is not responsible for the technical availability of individual game titles. Game providers may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily remove a game from the Slambet lobby.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the hand or round in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved according to the game provider's own rules. Slambet is not liable for outcomes resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Game history is recorded and available to players in their account history. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, Slambet's system logs and the game provider's records are considered authoritative.
• Minimum and maximum stakes for individual games are displayed within the game interface and may vary by game title and VIP tier.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Slambet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool that interacts with Slambet's platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from a known or reasonably identifiable error are subject to void and forfeiture.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using Slambet as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Creating accounts using false, stolen, or third-party identity information.
• Allowing minors to access or use your Slambet account.
• Any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or insider betting using non-public information.
• Attempting to access Slambet's systems or data other than through the intended player-facing interface.

Slambet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Changes that reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a rolling period of your choice.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from Slambet for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without fully closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from Slambet. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months and Slambet will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

Slambet will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and licensing authorities only to the extent required to operate the platform lawfully and securely. All content on the Slambet platform – including but not limited to the Slambet logo, brand name, design, text, images, software, and data – is the intellectual property of Slambet or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any Slambet content without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of Slambet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slambet's liability to any player in connection with the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Slambet is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the player's own errors in placing bets or making decisions within games.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners beyond Slambet's reasonable control.
• Consequential, indirect, or punitive losses of any kind.

Slambet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Slambet platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must stop using Slambet and may request withdrawal of any eligible real money balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Slambet is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Slambet's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
